I have tried many aftershave balm and this one is the best by far, in my opinion. Love the menthol shot too.

As with every Stirling product I've tried, this works great. The only disappointment is the strength of the menthol. It isn't as strong as I'd like, but I'm still very happy with the balm.

I got this and found it to provide a great feeling for my skin after Shaving. I really like the unscented balm as it pairs nicely with any of the Aftershave Splashes. The menthol in the balm is an added plus.

I can give this balm a 5 star rating for the actual properties of the aftershave , but the level of menthol sucks and is a waste IMO. If you want any decent level of menthol then get the Glacial . The level of menthol in the aftershave SPLASH with the regular level of menthol is very powerful . I didn't want to speculate how much cooler the glacial splash was , since the regular amount was pretty high. So here's the logic .... since the regular level of menthol in the splash was more than adequate I figured that the regular amount of menthol in the balm would be the same . WRONG . The menthol level sucks ,big time and was a waste of my money . The glacial has to be better because the regular level is a big disappointment . I won't be cooling things down the way I like it with this stuff

This is a good balm if it is what you are looking for. It's a thick balm for sure, in no way runny; so if you like a thick balm, this is it. ***Need to be careful with how much you apply, because if you apply too much, it tends to cover up the scent of your aftershave.*** Nice menthol level, I would not call it weak by any means, but also not the coldest (that's what the "Glacial" is for). As for the scent, completely unscented as described. All in all, if you like a thick cooling unscented balm, this is perfect. And come onnnn, you CANNOT beat the price/oz!!!

I was disappointed with the level of menthol in this as it was just about non existent. That being said the balm itself is great and leaves a great face feel and isn’t greasy.
A little does go a long way. Two pea sized dabs is more than enough to cover the entire face and absorption was good for me. I’ll for sure use it up but next time I’ll have to get the glacial. I received an excellent product just was expecting a more noticeable amount of menthol.

I shave at night and wanted an unscented balm. I never have used a mentholated product (from Stirling or anyone else) and thought I would try this one. This is exactly what I wanted. The balm was added relief for my winter skin and did not leave a greasy feeling. The menthol was quite refreshing. Remember, you do not need a lot. "A little dab will do ya".

I use unscented w menthol for my clients and as a man i know what to reccoment other men. Not every guy wants a moisturizer. Well, they will settle for this non-greasy balm that dissapears into the skin super fast and the menthol feels good and always lets them leave feeling great. This stuff is seriously underrated. I love the packaging even though i put it a different container for easier dispensing. I wanted to always use as little as possible to test how potent it is and a little does actually go a long way and id imagine this lasting a long time. Totally worth it, hands down. Quick, easy, potent.

I use this in conjunction with a menthol/alcohol based post shave splash/tonic. you can feel the menthol tingle the second you put it on your face. being as i shave before bed the unscented is great as it doesn't keep me up. had never heard of sterling until i saw a guy on you tube who recommended this specific product for people with sensitive skin. so i googled it, tried it and will never buy another post shave balm again.

This balm feels great, isn't greasy like some lotions can be, and has very little scent – I wouldn't call it completely unscented but it's by no means offensive and won't cover up other scents. I would totally recommend this to anyone looking to try aftershave balms!

I started using balms more frequent this is great quality product. I like unscented is because it doesn't mask any aftershave splash. This makes my face feel great and cooling with the menthol takes the razor burn away. I will be using this after every shave.

Either you're on team balm or not, I was never a balm user I saw no need in using it.
I added a Stirling balm to an order just for kicks, well that was 4 or 5 balms ago. You will not find a better moisturizing and conditioning balm then Stirling's balm!
The unscented balm will not interfere with your aftershave or cologne.

First, the menthol was just enough to make my skin feel cool which felt refreshing. Second, this balm absorbed quickly into my skin, and it doesn't feel oily at all, but my skin feels great. I'm definitely happy with my purchase especially given the reasonable price!

I really found the unscented post shave balm a great alternative to alcohol based after shaves. I switch it up between this product and Thayers toner, which i apply with a cotton ball, since both have their benefits. Followed by a serum, no lotion after but a sunscreen. I really like this balm! If you want to mix things up and have something to help heal your face but not provide a scent that can clash with another product you use this is the way to go. I like to add this in conjunction sometimes with a witch hazel or at night before bed where I don't want a scent keeping me up all night. The cooling sensation to me is strong and ramps up as time goes by. Lasts a while I would say at least an hour or so. Feels like a cold pack was placed in the area you apply it to. Overall...great product for a fresh and cooling feel that really helps out with sensitive skin irritation!

This balm is a must have for me! Being new to DE shaving I still have many rough shaves with irritation. The post shave feel of the menthol is fairly light, but very refreshing! The face feel is silky smooth with no greasy feeling. Love this product and I will never be without it! So if you are looking for post shave hydration and cooling feeling and an amazing facefeel hurry up and order this balm!

Exactly as described. Slight hint of menthol, personally I would love a lot in the balm but thats IMO. I've primarily used the big brand that starts with a "G" for my aftershave balms but I have found a successor! Left my skin feeling nourished and with a slight hint of menthol, left it feeling nice and cool. Since I've purchased this balm, I have used it after every shave since (been about 6 shaves or so). Thoroughly Impressed!
