Scent Description: Named after one of our favorite Parks and Rec characters, this scent is inspired by Tom Ford's Tobacco Vanille and it's just that. Warm vanilla surrounds a floral tobacco base in this sexy, masculine combination.  It's sure to bring you back to the bathroom to get another whiff throughout the day.

Ingredients: Aqua (Distilled Water), Hamamelis Virginiana (Witch Hazel), Aloe Barbadensis (Aloe) Left Juice, Cetyl Stearyl Alcohol & Polysorbate 60 (Emulsifying Wax), Limnanthes Alba (Meadowfoam) Seed Oil, (Vegetable) Glycerin, Myristyl Myristate (Co-Emulsifier), Vitis Vinifera (Grape) Seed Oil, Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea Butter), Parfum (Fragrance), Phenoxyethanol & Caprylyl Glycol & Sorbic Acid (Optiphen Plus), Tocopheryl Acetate (Vitamin E), Stearic Acid, Cocos Nucifera (Coconut) Oil, Allantoin.

NOTE: Due to the ingredient Allantoin, this product may exhibit white specks.  This does not affect the performance of the balm and the white specks are fully absorbed when applied to the skin. Allantoin is an additive that helps heal wounds and stimulates the growth of healthy skin tissue.

Bottle Size: 4.0oz

Customers praised this post-shave balm for its soothing properties and non-greasy formula that absorbs quickly. The scent—featuring vanilla, tobacco, and woody notes—received high marks, though one customer found it too sweet. Shoppers noted it pairs well with matching products and provides lasting fragrance.

Best aftershave balm I've ever used.

I've paired this with the shave soap and aftershave and getting great results. The balm absorbs pretty fast in my skin and of course smells great.

Love the Haverford scent

The title says it all. When Stirling Soap ran out of Haverford, I searched everywhere to get it and managed to get the Shave Soap at the BST thread at the DFS site but I couldn't for the life of me get a hold of the balm. I actually purchased it at 2 places but 1 of the places couldn't ship to the US due to high tariffs and the other realized they didn't have it after I purchased it. Thankfully I was refunded from both places but such a fiasco if ya know what I mean. Anyways now I’ve got the Balm and am happy because it’s such an awesome scent especially when used in conjunction with the soap and splash. I just recently found out how to use it correctly after watching a video with Rod and Mandy where Rod explained that the Balm should be used after the After Shave vs before it. I was doing it backwards and am glad that was straightened out for me because I do get some irritation and am thankful for a way forward to fight that better. But I want to get a full bottle of the De Toilette which is currently out of stock! My 5ml sample s almost out! Thats all for now,

A favorite

I've used this for a few years. It's quite soothing, and the scent is a nice mix of vanilla, tobacco, and rustic cabin-in-the-woods. Fades slowly, so I can enjoy it for an hour or so.

Soothing and not greasy

This is one of my 2 favorite scents so I was interested in seeing how it felt compared to standard aftershave. Hoped it wouldn't be greasy since it looks like lotion when you squeeze it out but in just a few minutes after using it I was happy it wasn't. It soothes my face and has enough of that Haverford scent without being over whelming.

Haverford

This scent has just blown me away. I have been a true fan of Stirling for awhile Barbershop, Margharitas in the Arctic, Orange Chill, the list just goes on and on. But Haverford is just amazing. The scent stays quite some time. I have the soap, splash, and balm. Could not be happier. Thank you Stirling. By the way they give a sample with every purchase. So because of that now I have to get their sandelwood.

Way too sweet for me

I've noticed that when I open a Stirling product if at first I think "this smells awful," the scent ends up mellowing and growing on me, and I end up really liking it. If I love something at first, after a short time I can't stand it. I think a lot of that is down to the fact that I'm attracted to sweet scents in general, but the reality of wearing them is a different story, and they become cloying and just too much to handle. Haverford is in the second camp. At first I loved it and thougth this was the scent for me, but after a few days I can't imagine wearing it on a regular basis. It's sweet vanilla up front with some interesting dark tobacco/chocolate notes mixed in, but I've decided WAY to sweet for me to wear, it's almost as sweet as Vanilla Sandlewood. I'm going to try Sterling Gentleman next, but I think I might be more of a woody oriental guy. Right now Intrepid Man is my current favorite, although it didn't impress me at first.

Loving this balm!

This is my first try of any Stirling product. I bought Haverford shave soap, pre-shave oil, post shave balm and lotion in the same scent. I used every Haverford scented product I bought this morning. The best overall shave I have ever had in over a decade of wet shaving. And the price point for these products is hard to beat. My wife is also on team Stirling, and she started using her new soap and body butter today too. Keep doing what you do. Now we have to decide on a few more scents.

just like peeling back the tin for the first time

Intrigued by the profile, I sampled a puck of Haverford shave soap this spring & was instantly hooked. The rich, velvety depth of the vanilla & tobacco paired with the superb performance of Stirling soaps made it an instant winner for me. To me, it truly was just like peeling back the tin on Pop's pipe tobacco decanter for that first whiff. The balm's profile is a spot-on compliment to the soap & splash. It is quite thick so a little goes a long way. I recommend giving it & any of the splashes a good shake to combine all the goodness. Rod & Mandy bring the shaving community a wide array of quality products with plenty of selection to keep you interested & coming back for more. Tara packed my order with a personal message & a sample of peaberry bar soap as a way to say "thanks" for my business. I'll gladly support Stirling Soap Company as long as my gourd needs grooming. Support this local USA military family, success story & buy with confidence.
