Backbone, splay, and super-soft gel tips all on a professional barber style handle make this brush the bargain of the year. Brushes of this quality would normally sell for upwards of $200.

Best value brush currently available. I have more brushes than I can possibly use, many that retailed for multiples more than this Stirling brush, and the Stirling is one of my favorites and gets used multiple times weekly. Well worth the price, and highly recommended.
I won this brush at the Texas Meet-up and it is a great brush. The knot is better than some badger knots I’ve spent $80 plus on alone. The handle has exception ergonomics and feel. No slip when soapy. I highly recommend those brush.
Excellent brush. Super soft tips with plenty of backbone to build a lather. Doesnt splay out excessively. Overall one of my favorite brushes now.
sturdy and plush. love it and the perfect compliment to the soaps
I bought this for my husband after his old brush finally bit the dust. He loves this brush so much! Amazing quality. Great lather. Highly recommend. Just buy it.
Very happy with the purchase! Brush lathers up great.
Hands down the best brush you can buy for the price.
Because I want all of them😁😁😁
This thing is amazing. I haven’t had a badger before so my experience is only with a few good boars but this is very very nice. Very good backbone yet extremely soft tips. I don’t know what to say still kind of amazed at how good it is. Plus it’s beautiful. The handle is a little more orange than creamy if it makes any difference. Balance is superb. The knot is pretty thirsty but it regulates that moisture into the lather beautifully. I really don’t see how you could regret the buy
This my favorite brush right now! It is perfect for face lathering! Size, performance, and quality 10 out of 10! I love Stirling always giving you the most bang for your buck! Thanks Rob!!
Nothing surprising, but this is a great basic brush with soft bristles and a plastic handle.
Bought this brush to replace my old one, for the same price as my old shaving brush it is a higher quality and produces a excellent lather
Hey y'all, this brush is fantastic. I have never owned what they call a DPG knot, but this hair is pretty darn dense even though it is not DPG. Compared to my edwin jagger silvertip badger brush, it is far denser. The item is not listed as a 2-band finest, but I emailed Rod asking about this brush and he said it is a 2-band finest. That being said, the hairs are super soft, but the brush has enough backbone that loading the brush with soap for 30 seconds will give you more lather than you know what to do with. The ONLY negative thing I can say is that the knot doesn't sit 100% straight in the handle, maybe it looks 1 or 2 degrees off/tilted. This affects performance 0% but it was worth noting. Overall, this is the #1 Ballin on a budget brush out there.
Hello Gents ..... I just finished my first shave with this new brush and I am slightly awe struck !
Face lathered with Stirling Boat Drinks soap, I was able to create a rich, thick, luxurious lather
with plenty of product for three lovely passes.
The brush has a 24 x 50 knot, but seems so much bigger due to its fan shape (my first fan, by the
way --- my other 12 brushes are bulbs.) The densely packed bristles held a ton of lather, but easily
released that lather to create a lovely smooth cushion through which my razor glided smoothly and
efficiently. The brush has plenty of backbone and very soft tips, and the combination seems pretty
darn perfect. A faint badger scent right out of the box, which mostly disappeared after the shave.
The gorgeous handle is very comfortable, and seems like a natural extension of my right hand.
For only $ 33 USD, this brush could possibly be one of the best deals around for a high quality
finest badger. I love my four Simpsons best badgers (Colonel X2L, Special, Berkeley, and Duke 2)
and my Elite Razors Manchurian badger, but this new Stirling will stand up strongly right with them !
The shaving world has thousands of brushes in the $30 range and in my opinion, this one beats them all. It lathers like it owes you money and the handle is a size you can grip when its caked in slippery Stirling soap! Buy it!
Wanted to step up to finest badger without paying big retailer prices.... and this brush doesn't disappoint! Gentle without being "soft", great lather and NO SHEDDING! 100% would buy again.... but from the way it's holding up so far, that's not going to be for quite a while.
I just used this brush for the second time today after receiving it yesterday in the mail. Shipping was so fast! Two days after I'd placed the order.
ANYway, this baby lathers like a dream, doesn't seem to shed bristles like some badger brushes I've used, and the handle design and size makes using it really easy.
I am very pleased with this particular brush, and especially the knot. It is a tight knot, and packs a nice backbone without the scritch. Lathers Stirling soaps beautifully and quickly, giving you a dense lather in less than a minute, ready to shave! The brush has broken in very quickly, and the animal smell disappeared after the first lather! Top quality brush! And I really like the handle design on this. Perfect control.
I'm really happy with the purchase of this brush. The quility is very good, the knot is uniform, densely packed, has good backbone, and soft tips, it doesn't shed either. The handle is nice to look at, if you like a larger handle I'd think you'd like it. I prefer smaller handles but it actually feels just fine. I'm pretty sure I like this more than my more expensive 2-band badger, this one just feels better on my face and the backbone is great. Really have nothing bad to say about the brush, I'd recommend it for anyone looking for a really nice badger especially if you wanna try out a fan knot.
